Nitin name as Pawan Kalyan in "Courier Boy Kalyan"

Nitin who is in full josh with success of his recent movie "Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde" is now concentrating on his upcoming movie "Courier Boy Kalyan". In this movie Yami Gautham is going to share screen with Nitin. Till date 50% of the movie shooting has been completed directing by Prem Sai. 
According to the inside news in this movie Nitin's name is Pawan Kalyan. Karthik is scoring music and the movie is producing by Gautham Menon under Photon Kathaas Banner. Cinematography by Om Prakash.

"Kochadaiyaan" trailer at Cannes Film Festival

Rajinikanth would be launching the trailer of his film "Kochadaiyaan" at the Cannes Film Festival. Here is other news that director Susi Ganesh will be premiering his film "Shortcut Romeo" at the international festival as well. The movie features Neil Nitin Mukesh, Ameesha Patel and Puja Gupta, will be screened at the French Riviera on May 22nd.

"Shorcut Romeo" is a remake of the director's own superhit Tamil film "Thiruttu Payalae", features music by Himesh Reshammiya, while the story follows life of a filthy rich housewife, having an extra marital relationship to keep herself busy, and who will go to any lengths to hide her affair from her husband. "Shorcut Romeo" is Produced by Susi Ganesh Productions which is going to release on June 21st.

Singer Shamshad Begum Passed Away.

Legendary playback singer Shamshad Begum who is 94, mesmerised music lovers with classics like "Kahin Pe Nigahen Kahin Pe Nishaana", "Mere Piya Gaye Rangoon", "Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar" and "Kajra Mohabbat Wala", died at her Mumbai residence from age related ailments.

A versatile singer, Begum enthralled millions with her songs in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil and Punjabi. She sang for almost all the top composers of her time including Ghulam Haider, Naushad and O P Nayyar.

Her major hits include Kahin Pe Nigahen Kahin Pe Nishana, Boojh Mera Kya Naam Re and Leke Pehla Pehla Pyar (CID-1956), Saiyan Dil Mein Aana Re (Bahar- 1951) and Chod Babul Ka Ghar (Babul-1950) and Kajra Mohabbat Wala (Kismat-1968).

Aamir Khan as Gymnast in "Dhoom 3"

Aamir Khan, who plays a gymnast in Vijay Krishna Acharya's thriller "Dhoom 3", has been shooting in a circus tent. Aamir is shooting for his introduction song and as well as several scenes at Film City. A source says, "He will be indulging in trapeze and mid air acts for the shoot. The place has been booked for a good long 40 days. European dancers and performers will be performing with him in the song."

Cine Glamour getting down in TDP

Telugudesam party is the first and only party in the state that gave prominence to film stars and made them MLAs, MPs. But many of them took a backseat for some time and now they are heard of fearing TDP's comeback. Many of the actors and actress enjoyed the golden rule in TDP and took U-turn when the party went to opposition. 
But former comedian and politician Babu Mohan says, "There is no need of cine glamour for TDP to comeback into power. As long as there are NTR's aura and Naidu's principles Telugudesam party will rule this Telugu land". However, comedian AVS says that there are lots of admirers for TDP in Film Industry and they will come out once party comes into power.

Finally Revathi got Divorce

Actress Revathi who has acted in all south Indian languages is now finally got divorce by the Additional Family court on April 22nd. She was married to a cinematographer Suresh Menon in 1986 and they got separated in the 2002. Both filed for a mutual divorce petition on two separate occasions last year and a Chennai Court has given April 22nd 2013 as the date for final verdict after couple of hearings.

Revathi made her onscreen debut with the Tamil flick "Mann Vaasanai" in the year 1983. She is one of the leading heroines down South at one point of time. Apart from few Hindi films, she acted in several Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam films. Till date, she has been part of over 150 projects and also won National award for his directorial debut.

Vidya Balan at Cannes Film Festival

Thirty year old Vidya Balan who is best known for her path breaking roles in films like "The Dirty Picture", "Kahaani" and "Parineeta" is going to be a part in Cannes Film Festival. Along with her "Life of Pi" director Ang Lee is also a part of Cannes Film Festival nine member jury, headed by Hollywood director Steven Spielberg.

The other big names joining Steven Spielberg are Oscar- winning actress Nicole Kidman, Oscar-winner Christophe Waltz, Japanese director Naomi Kawase, Scottish director Lynne Ramsay, French actor-director Daniel Auteuil and Romanian director Cristian Mungiu.

The jury will award the coveted Palme d'Or prize to one of the 19 films in competition at this year's festival, which runs from May 15th to 26th.
Cannes has invited India this year to celebrate 100 years of country's cinema. Apart from Vidya Balan, actress Nandita Das is also a part of a separate jury for short films.

The festival will open on May 15th with The Great Gatsby, which also has megastar Amitabh Bachchan in a cameo. The actor will be attending the opening ceremony while the festival has extended a special invite to his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai, a regular at Cannes' red carpet.

This year, four Indian films have been selected in different non-competition categories at Cannes. Bombay Talkies, an anthology film by four directors Kashyap, Dibakar Banerjee, Zoya Akhtar and Karan Johar will have a gala screening at the festival.
