Sruth Hasan in negative role

Sruthi Hassan who is the daughter of Versatile actor Kamal Hassan is following his foot steps. Kamal Hassan is well known for his different roles in the same way Sruthi is also doing the same. She is not only doing the Heroine roles but also accepting the roles in which she can expose her acting abilities. In her upcoming film “Ramayya Vastavayya” she is doing a negative role. The name of her character in the movie is “Ammulu”.

The movie plot is about why sruthi messes with Samantha’s life and how NTR intervenes and helps Samantha. Sruthi Hassan is portraying the negative role for the first time we have wait until the release of the movie to find out how she succeeds in this character. Harish Shankar directed this action entertainer. S.S Thaman has composed the tunes for this movie. Dil Raju has produced the movie under Sri Venkateswara Creations. The movie is going to hit the screens on October 10th.

Nagarjuna and venkatesh Box-office war

King Nagarjuna and Victory Venkatesh competed once again with each other at box-office. Earlier this year both heroes movies Greekuveerudu and Shadow were released with a gap of one week. As per our sources, Nagarjuna"Bhai" and Ram-Venkatesh "Masala" are going to compete once again in the month of October.

Nagarjuna’s Bhai will release in the second week of October where as Venkatesh’s Masala will release in the last week of same month. Bhai is directed by Veerabhadram and it has Richa Gangopadhyay as female lead. Masala is a multi-starrer in which Ram will be seen beside Venky. Anjali and Shajan Padamsee are heroines and Vijayabhaskar is the director.

Chiyan Vikram signed three new films

Chiyan Vikram is busy in shooting for Shankar’s “I” movie (Manoharudu in Telugu). Vikram didn’t scored a hit after Aparichitudu released in 2007.

As per Kollywood, Vikram has signed three films which will go to sets in 2014. Vikram has okayed a movie under Gautham Menon direction. He signed another movie under Hari’s direction. Earlier they worked together for Saamy and Arul. Saamy was a blockbuster, later remade in Telugu as Lakshmi Narasimha.

Vikram will also doing a film with Dharan tentatively titled “Rascal”. Their combination is craziest in Kollywood as their joint ventures Dhill and Dhool were super hits, remade in Telugu as Sreeram and Veede respectively. 

The Gujarathi movie “The Good Road” has been nominated for the Oscar. It will represent India at the Oscar 2013. The film was picked by a committee appointed by the Film Federation of India (FFI), which was led by celebrated Bengali filmmaker Gautam Ghose. Debut feature filmmaker Gyan Correa has directed this movie. Irfan Khan’s “The Lunch Box” has been the strong contender for this movie at the Oscar but could’nt make it.
Filmmaker Goutam Ghose, chairman of the 16-member jury appointed by the Film Federation of India, said the selectors felt “The Good Road” was the best choice. He says, “It was a unanimous decision to select 'The Good Road', which is a movie produced by the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC)".
The director of the movie Gyan Correa says, “I have no clue how we are going to go ahead with it. I have no experience with this”. He also says, ““I guess me and my producers will sit down and talk about it. If we win, great. If not, we live another day”. 24krafts wishes the good luck for the movie unit.

Venky’s group tie up with Pawan’s Producer

Venky’s group one of the leading players in the Poultry industry. After Eros, UTV and Reliance Entertainments its time for the Venky’s to land in the Tollywood. They are going to tie up with the one of the leading producer Bandla Ganesh who scored hits like “Gabbar Singh” and “Baadshah”. They are already partners in the poultry business now their relation has extended to the movies.

Venky’s Group owns a foot ball club in England called ‘Blackburn Rovers’. Venky’s group is part of a company called VH Private Limited. It is one of the top players in poultry industry. Its Managing Director, Balaji Rao, played key role in growth of the company in short span of time.

Attarintiki Daredi is releasing on September27th.

Power star Pawan Kalyan's much awaited movie"Attarintiki Daredi” is going to hit the screens on September 27th. After postponing many times the makers made the preparations for a grand release on October 9th. Unfortunately someone has uploaded the 90min movie in the Youtube. So the makers want to release the movie as fast as possible. So they decided to release the movie on Sept 27th.

Samantha and praneetha will be seen as female lead roles. Ace director Trivikram is directed this movie. Bvsn Prasad had produced the movie under Sri Venkateswara Cine Creations.. Devi Sri Prasad had composed the tunes for this movie.

Simbhu in Potugaadu tamil remake

Tamil Super Star Simbhu is going to appear in Manchu Manoj’s recent hit “Potugaadu”.  The movie is going on with decent collection and its going to be emerged as the highest grosser in the Manoj’s career. Pawan Wadayar directed this movie.

Producer of the Telugu version Lagadapati Sridhar is going to produce the Tamil Version also. Simbu is going to be seen as the hero in this movie. Interestingly, Simbu lent his voice for one song in ‘Potugadu’. Simbhu had already sang “Bujjipilla…” song for the Potugaadu.
